 The Soft Touch Stylus Tip is made from capacitive silicone rubber and must be pressed into a metal tube or contact another metal for conductivity to the users body. Barrels not turned and used without a brass tube or other metal object will not allow the Soft Touch Stylus Tip to work properly.
